The website www.elma-sa.gr of ELMA SA aims to provide services. The use of our site presupposes the unconditional acceptance of the following terms, without any exception, which you should read carefully. If a user does not agree with these terms, then they must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it, otherwise it is assumed that they have accepted all the terms and conditions of its operation.

Order Processing

Orders made from Greece are accepted. Orders are processed during the day between 09:00 to 5:00 a.m. excluding Saturdays and Sundays. The order is sent to the address indicated by the customer by means chosen by ELMA SA. The order is shipped within 7 (seven) business days. For delivery of our products to foreign countries, you bear the shipping costs which are calculated automatically and any customs duties. Those of our customers who order products for delivery outside the borders of Greece should be aware that packages intended for foreign countries may be opened at the border or at customs for inspection. In any case, the delivery time depends on the place of delivery and the availability of the products. ELMA SA, subject to force majeure, will make every effort to send you the products as soon as possible.

Force Majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes) we are unable to deliver the goods within the predetermined time, (with the exception of cases of unavailability of the products), we will contact you as soon as possible, in order to let us know if you wish, under these conditions, to complete your order.

Product Availability

In case of non-availability of an ordered item, resulting in an increase in delivery time, ELMA SA will notify the customer of the delay in item delivery. If it is judged by the customer that the delivery delay makes the transaction unprofitable, then the customer can request the cancellation of the order for that particular item. Any other items in the order are delivered normally.

Return Policy

Products can be returned at a charge to ELMA SA in all cases in which the order is executed incorrectly, i.e. in case of delivery of an item other than what was ordered regarding the type or quantity or in the event that upon delivery the item has a damaged package, completely or for the most part of or in the event that the item is found to be defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product in the first place, or request its return, after consultation with ELMA SA. Products must be returned in the condition received by the customer. In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Retail Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. In the event of a return of the products, and on the condition that the products have previously been received and checked by ELMA SA, the refund to the customer will be made by canceling the credit card charge, (if the order has been made by Credit card) which will be done by ELMA SA or with a cash refund (in case the order has been made by depositing cash into a bank account). In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, ELMA SA has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of the claim against the customer. Other types of returns other than those mentioned above will not be accepted

Protection of Personal Data (Law 2472/1997)

ELMA SA informs you that, for the best and most complete costumer service through the services we offer you on our website (www.elma-sa.gr), it processes your personal data, based on Law 2472/1997 and its relevant amendments and in accordance with the following guidelines: You only give us your standard details, which are relevant to the smooth completion of your purchase. For this reason, in e-commerce transactions, we only request information that is necessary to ship your order accurately and consistently to your location, as well as to personalize and improve your service. The codes used for your identification are two: the Login Code (Email) and the Personal Identification Security Code (Password), which every time you enter them, they provide you with absolute security access to your personal information. You are given the opportunity to change your Personal Identification Security Code (password) as often as you wish. The only one who has access to your information is you through the above codes and you are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, you should proceed to change the Personal Identification Security Code. ELMA SA's online store in no way discloses or makes public your personal data and the information you entrust to us. The personal data that you make available to us by registering as a member is used exclusively for the execution of your transactions. We would recommend you, for security reasons, to change your password at regular intervals and avoid using simple passwords. Users, when providing their details in the context of their transactions, as with this one, will be informed by ELMA SA and consent and accept the imminent processing of these personal data, for the needs of a smooth and facile transaction between the parties, as well as the transmission of these data to recipients who will be specifically identified and are the employees and agents of the company in the context of processing the contract drawn up. Otherwise, ELMA SA undertakes not to disclose the details of customers and their transactions, unless it has a written authorization from them, or this is required by a court decision or a decision of another public authority.
